1. What types of cakes do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of cakes, including our original cakes such as the Bakehouse Special and Bakehouse classic, which are both our take on a classic vanilla loaf cake packed full of flavour.

2. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? 

Yes, we understand the importance of catering to various dietary needs. We offer options for gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan cakes. But please note, that all of our cakes are prepared in a kitchen which handles nuts so e cannot guarantee that our cakes do not contain traces.

3. How far in advance should I place my order? 

We recommend placing your order please allow at least 5 working days for the cake to be made and shipped to you. We use a courier service for delivery, which we cannot control.

4. What is your delivery policy?

We offer delivery services within the UK. Additional charges may apply based on the distance. We send out a tracking umber when we post your products.

5. Are your ingredients high quality? 

Yes, we take pride in using only the finest ingredients to ensure that our cakes not only look amazing but taste delicious too. We prioritize quality and freshness in every aspect of our baking process.

6. Do you cater to large events or weddings? 

Not currently, we are a small team, however please feel free to Contact Us and we can discuss what is possible.

7. What is your cancellation policy? 

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order

8. Can I order last-minute cakes? 

While we encourage placing orders in advance, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Contact us directly to inquire about availability for same-day or next-day orders.
